Once you ask us for a meeting and we have agreed the ground rules for the project we can move forward.
Flexcond will agree with the client what are the most important specifications in each of these following phases:

1. Project Development and Design: we can develop and design the goods according to your requirements using our design expertise from our experience and our resources (3D report, CAD, etcetera).
During the development stage we feel it is vital to keep the same engineer involved throughout the whole process.

2. Planning and Manufacturing: once the product specifications have been agreed, we plan the manufacturing stage according to the current production schedule, to work out the lead-time.  For an efficient and reliable production line, we have the necessary production experience, the right manufacturing machines (bending, forming, soldering machines, etcetera) and the right control tools (gauges, calibres etcetera). This is how we ensure a quality product built free of defects and to your specifications.

Now you only have to wait for your order to arrive on the date agreed. We even adapt our production schedule to meet your required delivery dates!

 

From the time when you tell us what you want, we go straight onto the planning and manufacturing stage. We aim to deliver your goods in the lead-time specified and to the quality required.
